The National Cooperative Grocers Association (NCGA) is a member-owned, purchasing and business service cooperative providing a variety of services to retail food co-ops in 36 states. NCGA helps unify food co-ops in order to optimize operational and marketing resources, strengthen purchasing power, and offer more value to food co-op shoppers everywhere. National Cooperative Grocers Association (NCGA) is looking for a full time Human Resource Manager to act as a generalist and lead the HR function at our organization in support of our employees as we continue to grow. This position will primarily serve NCGA’s internal organization and does not currently act as an HR Manager for NCGA’s co-ops. This position will be located in NCGA’s Saint Paul office.
