Ukiah Natural Foods Co-op is a natural foods grocery that has served Mendocino County in Northern California for over 30 years. The store started as a small buying club among homesteaders and is now a full service grocery cooperatively owned by over 6,000 community members.

Our mission is to promote health and wellness and provide wholesome, high quality natural food for our community. All of our produce is certified organic, and we proudly feature the region's first CCOF certified produce department as well as an all-organic juice and espresso bar.

One of the biggest perks of being a thriving business is that we can give back to our community. Whenever possible, we buy from local food producers; you'll find an array of local foods on our shelves, from cake mix to nuts. We support county schools with our annual Give Back to Schools Week, and every month we give donations to community groups. In 2006 our annual Co-op Community Grant program gave $27,500 in funding to local nonprofits. Whether we're supporting community events or providing fresh, healthy food for shoppers, our goal is to have fun doing it!
