IOWA CITY, Iowa (June 18, 2009) — National Cooperative Grocers Association (NCGA), a member-owned cooperative of independent natural food co-op grocers nationwide, today announced the addition of its 112th member: Harmony Natural Foods Co-op in Bemidji, Minn.

Since its founding in the 1970’s, Harmony has maintained its down-to-earth, vibrant, community-oriented identity. Located in north central Minnesota, Harmony Co-op serves a remote but growing region of local food preservationists and is an integral part of the community.
